For Thailand, share your city, postal code, product materials, quantity and required date. We will check carrier acceptance and suitable routes before quoting; options depend on the item, declared value and destination.
Packing planned for the product
Agree individual protection, separation of pieces, cushioning and a firm outer carton. Chains, polished surfaces and plated items need packing that limits tangling, friction and movement during transport.
Documents checked together
We coordinate the commercial invoice, packing list and agreed product documents. Item descriptions, quantities and values should match; the importer or broker confirms destination permits and local clearance requirements.
Tracking and delivery support
After dispatch, we share the available tracking or shipment reference. If a shipment is held or delivery fails, we help check the cause, coordinate supporting documents and follow up with the logistics provider.
Your written quotation confirms the service, freight, estimated timing, import responsibilities and any available cover. Carrier acceptance, customs checks and destination conditions are reviewed per shipment; delivery dates and compensation are not automatic guarantees.

Agree style labels and carton counts so your team can receive mixed orders more easily. Request packing photos or a carton breakdown before dispatch if these are needed for your receiving process.
Review the handover
Check the consignee details, packing list, declared information and selected service before dispatch. Discuss signature options and eligible shipment protection before booking, rather than assuming they are included.
